Director of Support Services

iSuite is looking for an experienced Director of Support Services to organize and oversee the operations of HR, IT, Marketing, technology and other support roles for our growing construction companies. iSuite is a part of the IMI Companies. IMI companies are nationally recognized Mechanical Contracting, Engineering, and Controls companies that perform work in over 30 states with over $300 million in yearly revenue.

 

In the role of Director of Support Services, this individual will ensure that our business is well-aligned with executive leaders’ goals. The position will give direct oversight to the departments mentioned and provide support and knowledge to their growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in two or more of the core areas they will manage – Human Resources, Marketing, and IT. This individual must be competent in the operations of these departments and can motivate team members to exceed expectations and goals. This role will work closely with individuals across different departments and company leadership, so excellent interpersonal skills are essential.  This individual must be an excellent leader who is innovative and able to work within a flexible, quickly evolving work environment.

Primary responsibilities for iSuite’s Director of Support Services include:

  • Overseeing the HR, Marketing, and IT department leaders.

  • Designing and implementing business strategies, plans and procedures.

  • Creating and promoting company culture and vision.

  • Leading employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.

  • Ensuring that goals are clear, and objectives are obtained in a timely manner.

  • Coordinating and working with Executive leadership in all matters of importance.

  • Managing relationships with partners and vendors.

  • Adapting to other duties as they arise.

Primary qualifications of iSuite’s Director of Support Services include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing or related field

  • Minimum 15 years of proven experience in a relevant role within one or more of the mentioned business functions.

  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus.

  • Understanding of business functions such as Human Resources, IT, Marketing etc.

  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.

  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.

  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
